I'm a registered dietitian and certified intuitive eating counselor. My passion is working with clients and communities on fostering a healthy relationship to food and working towards body peace, trust, and respect.
I follow a Health at Every Size (HAES) philosophy- respecting body/size diversity and considering all aspects of health.
I am an anti-diet dietitian, railing against diet culture as it equates thinness to health, moral value, and deeper systemic issues.

The HAES and Intuitive Eating philosophies are great, initial frameworks for individual nutrition counseling, family nutrition counseling/education, and community events such as schools (PTA meetings, coach/teacher educations, etc), doctor's offices, workplace wellness, and more.
