Hi, I'm Sarah

I'm a registered dietitian and certified intuitive eating counselor. My passion is working with clients and communities on fostering a healthy relationship to food and working towards body peace, trust, and respect.
I follow a Health at Every Size (HAES) philosophy- respecting body/size diversity and considering all aspects of health.
I invite you to learn more. Be curious. This is a no judgement zone.
The HAES(R) and Intuitive Eating philosophies are great, initial frameworks for individual nutrition counseling, family nutrition counseling/education, and community events such as schools (PTA meetings, coach/teacher educations, etc), doctor's offices, workplace wellness, and more.
